These terms apply to promotional sales, discount codes, special offers and limited-time promotions made available by The London Brow Company Limited on www.londonbrowcompany.com.
Any promotion-specific details shown on the Website, in email, social media or at checkout form part of these terms.
Promotion Periods
Each promotion is valid only during the dates and times stated for that offer. Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the stated promotion period.
Using Promotional Codes & Offers
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout unless the offer is applied automatically.
- Customers are responsible for checking that the correct discount is shown before completing payment.
- Discounts cannot normally be added or refunded retrospectively after an order has been placed.
- Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and offers cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or promotions.
- Promotions have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Errors, Misuse & Changes

We may amend, withdraw or end a promotion where reasonably necessary. Orders already validly placed before a change will not normally be affected.
