If your item is incorrect or you purchased the wrong item in error, you will be able to return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.  

Returned items must be returned in decent postal packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in the same condition you received them.  

If you wish to exchange an item purchased in error you will need to pay for the additional postage on your exchanged item.
