The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, subscribe to the stock notification email on the product page, you will receive an email when this item is back in stock so you can purchase it.

How do I store my sachets once opened?

All three steps need to be sealed with micropore tape and then placed in an airtight container for maximum shelf life once opened. Step 1 can be stored for 7 to 10 days. Step 2 can be stored for up to 14 days. Step 3 can be stored for up to 30 days. Step 1 and 2 contain chemicals that are needed to start and stop the perming process; these chemicals degrade when introduced to air.  Although storing them correctly sealed can prolong the life of the product, the longer you leave them stored (after opening) the less effective they will become.

Do I need to have trained with your Academy to purchase your products?

No you do not need to have trained with The London Brow Company to purchase our products. You will need to be a professional therapist / esthetician  with a qualification in Brow Lamination or Lash Lifting to purchase our Brow lifting or Lash lifting range.  We do recommend you taking our online conversion training course if you would like to learn how to achieve the results our master brow and lash technicians achieve with our products.

Is the Lash shield size determined by the length of the client's lashes or eye size?

The lash shield size, which is shown on the back of your lash shield (S, M, L, XL) is determined by the length of the clients lashes not the size of your clients eyes.  The silicone lash shields are created in such a way that they will suit any eye shape so allow you them to be more versatile.  

Do I need to use all three steps for Brow Lamination and Lash Lifting for it to be waterproof?

Yes you do need to use London Brow Step 1,2,3 with each treatment in order for the products to give you the full benefit of being waterproof.  All products work with each other to create a waterproof seal so all 3 steps will need to be used and followed correctly for both eyebrow lamination and eyelash lifting.

Will tint stain the adhesive free reusable silicone lash shields?

As our new adhesive free shields are made from soft medical grade silicone certain tint colours may stain your shields.  This is unavoidable, you need to make sure after each use you immediately clean your silicone pads with warm water and soap followed by London Brow All in One Sanitiser spray to complete the sanitisation. 

Is there tint included in your kits, home and professional?

Tinting products will need to be purchased separately and are not currently included in any kits

Are your home lamination kits the same as the salon ones?

Our home lamination kits are a milder home use product, safe and easy for public use.  These products are not the same strength as our professional range.You will need to be professionally trained to use our salon strength brow lamination and lash lifting products.
