Black Friday / Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions pertain to The London Brow Company Limited's Black Friday & Cyber Weekend promotions:

• The Black Friday Weekend and Cyber Monday Promotions kick off at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Friday, November 24th, 2023 (the “Start Date”) and conclude at 11:59 PM (GMT) on November 27th, 2023 (the “End Date”).

• For trade account holders, Black Friday VIP access starts at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on November 24th, 2023 (the “End Date”).

Black Friday VIP Access is exclusively available to trade account holders.

• Discounts are applicable only during this timeframe. They cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions or applied retroactively.

• Black Friday Promotional Offers are valid solely on www.londonbrowcompany.com.

• Prices are as displayed on the site, and discounts can be applied by using the respective promotional codes at checkout. Discounts not applied during checkout will not be refundable after Black Friday, so ensure they are applied before finalizing your purchase.

• Sale Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Due to expected high order volumes, shipping times may be longer than usual, with order processing times ranging from 2 to 3 business days before shipping.

• Guaranteed Next Day delivery options won't be available for Black Friday orders.

• DHL Express shipping will be an option for international orders.

• Free Shipping cannot be utilized from November 23rd to November 28th, 2022, when using the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales code.

• Enjoy a 40% Discount on selected London Brow Branded products only.

• Please note that professional training courses are not part of our main Black Friday event from November 23rd to November 28th.

• Discount Policy: Please note that only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order. We do not allow stacking of multiple discounts or offers. If you have a discount code, it must be used alone without combining it with other promotions.

Items not included in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales event:

• Discounted sets, gift sets, Christmas sets, sample kits, student kits,

• Retail Bulk Buy ranges
• Wax Heaters
• Professional courses (online and in class)

The London Brow Company Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
