When placing your order, please ensure your delivery address is accurate as changes cannot be accepted once your order is confirmed. We work with shipping partners to ensure fast delivery for our customers, so address amendments or order cancellations are not possible after purchase. Orders are processed, picked, and packed promptly, typically within 5 minutes of placement. Once confirmed, orders cannot be altered by adding items or modifying details. Responsibility for ordering the correct items rests with the customer.

For 'pre-order' items, your order will be held until all items, including pre-order items, are available for dispatch. Please verify the accuracy of your order and contact/delivery details before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to modify any details
