Black Friday / Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions pertain to The London Brow Company Limited's Black Friday & Cyber Weekend promotions:

• The Black Friday Weekend and Cyber Monday Promotions kick off at 12:00 AM (GMT) on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and conclude at 11:59 PM (GMT) on December 04th, 2024 (the “End Date”).

Black Friday VIP Pre Access is exclusively available to trade account holders.

• Discounts are applicable only during this timeframe. They cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions or applied retroactively if not used and deducted at checkout.

• Black Friday Promotional Offers are valid solely on www.londonbrowcompany.com and www.londonbrowpro.com

• Prices are as displayed on the site, and discounts can be applied by using the respective promotional codes at checkout. Discounts not applied during checkout will not be refundable after Black Friday, so ensure they are applied before finalising your purchase.

• Sale Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Due to expected high order volumes, shipping times may be longer than usual, with order processing times ranging from 2 to 3 business days before shipping.

• Guaranteed Next Day delivery options won't be available for Black Friday orders.

• DHL Express shipping will be an option for international orders.

• Free Shipping cannot be utilised from November 23rd to November 28th, 2024, when using the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales code.

• Enjoy up to a 40% Discount on selected London Brow Branded products only.

• Please note that professional training courses are not part of our main Black Friday event from November 27th 2024 to December 04th 2024.

• Discount Policy: Please note that only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order. We do not allow stacking of multiple discounts or offers. If you have a discount code, it must be used alone without combining it with other promotions.

Items not included in the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales event:

• Discounted sets, gift sets, Christmas sets, sample kits, student kits 
• Mini Brow and Lash Serums
• Retail Bulk Buy ranges
• Wax Heaters
• Selected Professional courses (online and in class)

The London Brow Company Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
