Brow Lamination and Lash Lifting One Step Range

Step-by-Step Instructions

Eyebrows

1. Cleansing

• Cleanse the brows thoroughly using London Brow and Lash Shampoo.

2. Preparation

• Brush the eyebrows with a disposable mascara brush.
• If using Brow Adhesive: Apply a thin coat of brow Glue. Straighten the hairs and set them in the desired direction and shape.
• If not using Brow Adhesive: Apply a thin barrier lotion or Vaseline to the top and under the brow.

3. Duo Brow Perm Application (Lifting Creme 1)

• Apply a thin coat evenly with a microfiber brush, ensuring full hair coverage.
• Avoid skin contact and remove excess product from the skin with a damp cotton bud or pad.
• If desired, cover with clean cling film.

Timings :

• Thin/Fine Brows: 2-3 minutes
• Medium/Normal Hair: 3-6 minutes
• Coarse Stubborn Hairs: 6-8 minutes
• Check brows halfway through for processing.

4. Removal of LB Duo Brow Lift Step 1

• After processing, gently remove with a damp cotton pad, following hair growth.
• Ensure all perm is removed before proceeding to step 2.
• Set hairs at a soft angle towards the tail.

5. Applying LB Duo Neutralising Creme (Step 2)

• Apply generously over the brow hairs.
• Remove excess product from the skin.
• Leave on for 8 minutes.
• Halfway through, gently set hairs in place.

6. Removal of LB Brow Lift Step 2

• After processing, carefully remove with a damp cotton pad.
• Ensure all neutraliser is removed before tinting or shaping.

7. Eyebrow Tinting

• Dye the eyebrows as per training.
• Consider client preference for a natural or bold look.
• Remove excess dye promptly to control tinting.

8. Waxing

• Wax brows as per training, after lamination and tinting.

9. Nourishing Serum Application (LBStep 3)

• Apply liberally to the entire eyebrow area.
• Set brows in final position.
• Leave on to absorb without washing off.

10. Client Aftercare

• Show the client the final look and explain aftercare instructions.

 

 

Eyelashes

Step 1: Preparation

• Cleanse the lashes thoroughly using London Brow and Lash Shampoo.
• Select the appropriate-sized silicone pad and attach it to the upper eyelid using speed-lift adhesive.

Step 2: Applying Speed-lift Adhesive

• Apply a strip of speed-lift adhesive to the front of the silicone pad.
• Use the speed-lift lash tool to gently secure the eyelashes onto the pad, ensuring precise placement.

Step 3: Applying LB Duo Perm Gel

• Use a Micro Brush or speed-lift angled brush to apply Step 1 LB Duo on lashes, leaving a 1-2 mm gap at the root.
• Apply up to 3/4 of the lashes, avoiding the tips, and distribute the perm in a thick layer evenly from the outer to the inner corner of the eye.

Step 4: LB Duo Timings

• Refer to the following timings based on the client's natural lash type:
  • Thick Coarse Lashes: 6 - 8 minutes
  • Average Healthy Lashes: 4 - 6 minutes
  • Fine or Thin Lashes: 3 - 4 minutes
• Start the timer once the perm application is complete for the first eye.

Step 5: Removing Perm

• After the appropriate timing, use a damp cotton bud to gently remove the LB Duo perm.
• Work slowly to ensure thorough removal and re-adhere any loose lashes with lash adhesive.

Step 6: Applying LB Duo Step 2 Neutralising Lotion

• Apply Step 2 LB Duo setting lotion to the lashes using a clean brush, ensuring full coverage.
• Leave the neutralising lotion on for 8 minutes.

Step 7: Neutralising

• Remove the Duo neutraliser with a damp cotton bud, following the same process as perm removal.

Step 8: Tinting (Optional)

• Tint the client's lashes while they're still on the eyelash pads or after removing them.
• Limit tinting time to 5-6 minutes to avoid over-processing.

Step 9: Removing Tint

• Use warm damp cotton pads to gently remove the tint, moving in an upward motion.

Step 10: LB Duo Step 3 Nourishing Serum

• Apply Step 3 nourishing serum to the lashes, gently lifting them away from the pad.

Step 11: Drying and Finishing

• Allow the lashes to air dry for 1-2 minutes.
• Brush the lashes with a small amount of Step 3 using a micro brush to separate them.
• Provide clients with aftercare instructions and recommend appropriate post-treatment products for best results.

Aftercare

• Avoid aggressive cosmetic treatments, and hot environments for 24 hours.
• Avoid lotions, toners, and creams in the treated area.
• Always brush brows and lashes up and into place after getting wet.
