Why We Exist

When our founder, Leigh Blackwell, pioneered brow lamination in the UK, she saw first-hand how isolating the beauty industry could feel. So many incredible artists, often working alone, without the support or community they deserved. At the same time, the products available were either generic, white-labelled, or didn’t reflect the ethics and innovation beauty professionals were asking for.

That’s how The London Brow Company was born, to give artists not only better products and training, but also a place where they could feel supported, connected, and part of something bigger.

More Than Just Products

Yes, we handcraft brow lamination, lash lift, and tinting systems in our own London lab. Yes, everything is vegan, cruelty-free, and salon-tested. But our purpose goes beyond bottles and boxes.

We exist to:

• Bring the industry together — replacing competition with collaboration, creating a community where artists can share, grow, and thrive.

• Empower professionals — through accredited training, up-to-date education, and tools designed to make every treatment faster, safer, and more effective.

• Champion sustainability — choosing clean, plant-based ingredients, recyclable packaging, and actively supporting reforestation and ocean clean-up initiatives.

The truth is: the beauty world can sometimes feel cliquey and cutthroat. We want to change that. Our mission is to build a supportive network of brow and lash artists where knowledge is shared, questions are welcomed, and every artist - beginner or expert - feels part of the family.

We’re also here to prove that beauty and responsibility can go hand in hand. That means:

• Sourcing ingredients consciously from the UK and Europe.

• Formulating and producing in-house for complete quality control.

• Reducing waste by using QR codes instead of paper-heavy leaflets, and packaging that’s recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable.

• Giving back through tree planting and ocean clean-up initiatives that extend our impact beyond beauty.
