The London Brow Company wouldn’t exist without the people behind it - from our small, dedicated team in the United Kingdom to the incredible community of brow and lash artists around the world who inspire us every day. We’re proof that a family-owned business can create global change in beauty, without losing the personal touch.

A Family Business

Our founder, Leigh Blackwell, began her career as a beauty therapist. She’s been in the treatment room, behind the chair, and knows exactly what it’s like to run a salon and work with clients. That lived experience shapes everything we do - from the way we formulate products to the way we support artists through education.

London Brow remains a family company, built on care, hard work, and values. Every product is still made in our own lab, every course written by us, every order packed in-house by our small team. It’s personal, and that’s the way we like it.
